Fundraisers, Team Nights, and School Events
Ice cream is an easy yes.
That's most of why it works for group events. You don't have to sell anybody on it, you don't have to survey people about dietary preferences for a week, and it works for every age in the room at the same time.
We do a lot of this, both in the shop and out of the truck.
Sports teams
End of season, mid-season, first win, last game. A team night is one of the few celebrations that works whether or not the season went well.
The truck travels to fields and parks. The shop handles a team walking in together just fine.
Schools
Field days, reading incentives, staff appreciation, end-of-year celebrations. The truck is quiet, which matters on a school campus more than most places — no generator running through the afternoon, no exhaust in a crowd of kids.
Churches and community groups
Youth events, family nights, block parties, volunteer thank-yous. Same deal.
Neighborhood parties
Hardin Valley has a lot of neighborhoods that do this well. The truck shows up, people come out, and you've got an event without anyone having to cook.
What to know before you reach out
Have a rough date, a rough headcount, and a location in mind. That's enough for us to tell you what's possible.
Check the truck's availability calendar first — pink days are already booked. Spring weekends and end-of-season dates go early, so if your event is tied to a schedule everyone else is also working around, plan ahead.
Tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you book. We keep dairy-free options, Italian ice, and sorbet so nobody has to stand off to the side.

Fundraising? Gift cards carry a 20% bonus, which makes them useful for raffles and coach gifts.
We're a locally owned shop in this neighborhood. Showing up for the things this community does is more or less the point — follow along on Facebook to see where we'll be.
