Why solar actually matters at an event
It sounds like a sustainability talking point until you've had a generator running twenty feet from your reception.
It's quiet. Speeches stay audible. The band doesn't compete with an engine. Conversations happen at normal volume.
There are no fumes. Nobody's standing in exhaust to get a scoop, which matters a lot more when the line is full of kids.
It's cleaner. No fuel, no emissions, nothing running that doesn't need to.
People remember it. A solar ice cream truck is the thing guests bring up afterward. It photographs well, too — there are shots of it on our Instagram.
